Warranty Repair Terms: I understand that the manufacturer’s lifetime product warranty only includes manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not cover the following: damage done by other contractor(s) or the homeowner, damage done by an insect(s), animal(s) or rodent(s) or damage done by inclement/severe weather. It also does not cover connectivity issues to your Wi-Fi network router, inability to understand the mobile application, improper programming of the lights and any other misunderstanding of the functionality of the app. If it is determined that the issue is caused by anything other than a manufacturer defect, a minimum of $150 service fee may be assessed along with any fees for parts.
