Having Trouble with Your System?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your lighting system.  If you’re experiencing issues with your system and you purchased it through Space Coast Trimlight, we need some information from you about the issue.  Your answers to the questions below will help us determine how to best serve you.  Please fill out the form below and we will contact you when we have a technician available in your area to complete your repair.  Please note:  the manufacturer’s lifetime product warranty only includes manufacturer’s defects.  The warranty does not cover the following: damage done by other contractor(s) or the homeowner, damage done by an insect(s), animal(s) or rodent(s) or damage done by inclement/severe weather.  It also does not cover connectivity issues to your Wi-Fi network/router, inability to understand the mobile application, improper programming of the lights and any other misunderstanding of the functionality of the app.   Thank you!
